Job summary

E2 Optics, a leading data center technology integrator, seeks a Project Coordinator to join our Kentucky team. You will support project controls, scheduling, and data analytics while coordinating with program managers, site teams, and vendors to drive on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, rigorous data handling, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in construction or similar environments.
• Strong scheduling and data-analytic capabilities are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and summarize data/metrics; support daily tasks.
• Attend project controls meetings and ensure latest controls are used.
• Assist with hours/cost analysis and provide data quality support to PM.
• Manage timecard entries, job codes, and weekly tracker updates.
• Oversee invoicing and change order processes, maintain trackers.
• Coordinate procurement/logistics; obtain quotes and track vendors.
