Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Project Coordinator in Roselle, IL to manage cross-functional projects from kickoff to completion. You will coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and shipping to ensure milestones, deadlines, and deliverables stay on track.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business/Management and 3+ years in related roles, with strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Manufacturing or ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, sales support, purchasing, estimating, or a similar role.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
• Manufacturing, OEM, engineering, procurement, or ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects from kickoff through completion.
• Communicate with project managers, engineering, procurement, shipping, and other internal teams.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, documentation, and deliveries.
• Monitor purchasing, parts availability, and long-lead items.
• Help identify potential delays or bottlenecks and coordinate solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, cost sheets, and billing information.
• Support shipping and logistics coordination.
• Keep customers and internal stakeholders updated throughout the project lifecycle.
