Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the project management team in delivering high-impact customer solutions across manufacturing, service, and procurement. You will keep projects organized, coordinated, and on track from kickoff through completion, ensuring smooth execution and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of admin, operations, or project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize recurring project meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track follow-up actions.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and internal communications.
• Update project timelines, milestones, and task lists in project management tools under guidance of senior leaders.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams to relay updates and gather status.
• Compile weekly and monthly status reports for leadership, including timelines, budgets, and risk indicators.
• Ensure adherence to internal workflows and documentation standards, including ERP usage (Epicor).
• Support procurement and service teams by tracking vendor communications and invoice processing.
• Log and track change orders, ensuring documentation and communication to stakeholders.
• Assist with final project documentation, lessons learned, and project closeout activities.
