CPG is seeking a Project Coordinator in logistics to support the Project Manager with plans, budgets, and schedules. You will coordinate resources, monitor progress, and communicate status to clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.

The role emphasizes strong time management, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Planner, plus collaboration across departments and with external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
  • Ability to interpret flowcharts, schedules and action plans.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance.
  • Knowledge in file management and administrative procedures.

TITLE: Project Coordinator, Logistics
LOCATION: Remote
POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with ourProject Managerto prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Help prepare budgets.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Oversee project procurement management.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance inspections.
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Knowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Computer Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
Certificates and Licenses:
