CPG is seeking a Project Coordinator in Tempe, AZ to support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. You will liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables align with project objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management from conception to delivery is expected.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Knowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance inspections.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, hours, budgets, expenditures.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with ourProject Managerto prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.
