Job summary

DaBella is seeking a competitive Project Coordinator to manage a fast-paced environment and deliver a positive customer experience. This full-time, in-office role in Topeka focuses on driving productivity across the region and supporting branch success.

You will collaborate with vendors, customers, and sales teams, coordinate payments, and ensure timely project execution while maintaining high standards of organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors, sub-contractors, customers, and sales team members on multiple projects at any time.
• Oversee projects across multiple markets to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for all visitors.
• Process deposits and final payments for projects assigned.
• Coordinate office supply orders and vendor management.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support.

Status:

Full-Time - Monday through Friday.

Compensation:

$22.00 - $24.00 Hourly
