Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, inside sales, administrative support, or related roles.
• Comfortable making outbound client calls; outreach to inactive accounts is regular.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with ERP or LIMS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory testing workflows and internal handoffs across departments.
• Maintain accurate project files, records, and sample information following approvals.
• Communicate with clients regarding testing status and next steps.
• Support scheduling and prioritization to keep lab production on track.
• Prepare and reconcile project documentation and reports.
