Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple, parallel projects using formal project planning techniques.
• Direct activities of staff on-site and off-site during project life cycle.
• Act as single point of contact for customer and internal teams.
• Maintain project status, issues and escalations with stakeholders.
• Manage department budget, reconcile invoices and track spend in Excel.
• Develop reports, charts and presentations using database systems.
