Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects assigned to them and ensure scope is established.
• Assist with coordination between departments and resources to support customer satisfaction.
• Manage document control, creation, distribution, storage, and reporting.
• Ensure documents are error-free, punctual and properly stored.
• Participate in client/contractor meetings and address project challenges.
• Track schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to stay on budget.
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute notes.
