Rate of Pay: $58,000 - $75,000 USD

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the integration and testing of systems & subsystems. Manage and coordinate integration efforts between Public Safety IT subsystems and the NG9-1-1 system.
  • Lead technical discussions in integration planning and manage associated action items.
  • Coordinate with project leads and subcontractors to review all required interfaces with the NG9-1-1 system.
  • Analyze data to identify anomalies, trends, and correlate similar data sets.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders through education, guidance, and support.
  • Develop project reporting dashboards for updates and readouts.
  • Facilitate project meetings, take and distribute minutes, track action items and decisions.
  • Gather status updates, identify risks and issues, update plans and documentation.
  • Monitor tasks and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Escalate risks and issues, collaborate on solutions.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Perform additional project tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in task management and project status reporting.
  • Understanding of 911 call flow processes.
  • Leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Experience with collaboration-based project management tools is preferred.
Qualifications
  • Four-year college degree or three years of 911 systems experience.
  • Experience with Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) systems is desirable.
  • Two years of project coordination experience on complex projects is preferred.
