Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is seeking a Project Coordinator I to oversee planning, funding, approval, and implementation of diverse project components across DEHE Scattered Sites. You will work with staff and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and aligned with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, coordinating cross-functional tasks, maintaining status reports, and supporting project teams with standard PM tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year professional/project coordination experience.
• Knowledge of MS Project and standard PM methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates project planning, funding, approval, and implementation of project components.
• Works with staff and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Tracks day-to-day activities to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Prepares status reports and communicates requirements to clients and management.
