Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium in Alaska is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to provide planning, cost reporting and scheduling services. You will maintain baseline and project schedules and budgets, produce standard and customized reporting, and develop professional relationships across ANTHC and DEHE.

Responsibilities include maintaining resource-loaded schedules, performing Critical Path and Earned Value Analysis, and preparing detailed baselines and cost reports while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field. Certification may substitute for college education.
• Zero to nine years scheduling experience with increasing responsibility on engineering/construction projects, per level.
• Experience with cost management, Earned Value Management and reporting is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update resource-loaded schedules and cost reports, and document progress per project requirements.
• Perform Critical Path and Earned Value Analysis; communicate status to managers and field staff.
• Adhere to ANTHC project control policies and provide management support as needed.
• Develop and prepare detailed baseline schedules and cost reports; review submissions for adherence to good scheduling practices.
• Administer scheduling processes and assist in training lower-level staff.
