Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is seeking a Construction Coordinator I for scattered sites across Alaska. Under minimal supervision, the role supports planning, coordination, and management of rural sanitation projects from development through closeout.

You will assist in scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with customers, engineers, and contractors to meet quality standards and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• One year of field construction experience.
• Three to seven years field construction experience.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project assistance to Scattered Sites and Small Projects teams in development, design and construction.
• Oversee project components and ensure quality and deliverables across all phases.
• Coordinate with customers, design engineers, construction personnel and other program staff.
• Manage project schedules and budgets; perform site evaluations and staking for sanitation facilities.
• Serve as COR for designated contracts and coordinate with contractors, tribes and homeowners.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure documentation for external funding agencies.
