Dudley Land Company is hiring a Project Coordinator in Oklahoma City, OK to help keep our projects organized, on schedule, and moving; the kind of behind-the-scenes leadership that makes an entire team look good.

You’ll be coordinating projects out of our Oklahoma City headquarters, working across multiple regions and divisions as Dudley's project needs grow.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Team Lead, Crew Chief, or similar leadership/coordination role in the land business
• RL, RPL, or CPL credential (AAPL)
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple moving pieces at once
• Strong computer/Excel skills and clear written communication

Preferences (Nice to Have)

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
• Prior experience in land, title, or right-of-way project coordination
