Jobtailor is seeking a qualified Project Coordinator to support field operations in the Oklahoma City area. You will coordinate field contractors, staffing, and review work products to meet quality standards and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be located in the Oklahoma City area
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of in-house or field experience, including title work, leasing, and contractor or crew-chief management
  • Proficiency in Kudu or comparable land systems
  • Registered Landman required
  • Leadership experience in a brokerage firm is a plus
  • Experience operating land programs highly preferred
  • Experience with standard computer software and hardware, including Office 365 and Adobe
  • Ability to organize the physical flow of documents
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solution orientation
  • Ability to work as part of a team and lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Capable of high productivity in a deadline-driven environment requiring extreme accuracy
  • Strong ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager by coordinating field contractors, staffing projects, and reviewing and maintaining work product
  • Achieve quality assurance and quality control within time constraints and specified budgets
  • Coordinate work requirements with the Project Manager and crew chief
  • Communicate work requirements to contract landmen
  • Review work product and ensure timely delivery of the desired finished product
  • Coordinate staffing needs with the Project Manager
  • Review and screen candidates in preparation for contracts
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, employees, contractors, and potential clients
  • Participate in industry events and associations
  • Understand and execute Company policies
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Management
