Job Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support all phases of project management within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with or oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closing, ensuring successful implementation.
- Establish and monitor project control activities across multiple projects.
- Support administrative tasks such as setting up project folders, schedules, documentation, templates, and reporting.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to gather data, address inquiries, and support report writing.
- Track issues, ensure resolution documentation, and communicate updates.
- Coordinate dissemination of project-related publications via print and electronic media, collaborating with Marketing and Communications teams.
- Assist in maintaining and onboarding members of the National Health Leadership Council, including renewals, contact list updates, and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain project management systems and prepare regular reports.
- Schedule meetings, develop agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Understand project scope and objectives to coordinate activities effectively.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in business, training, or project management, or 6 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience with project management software such as Wrike.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
