Job Title: Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with or manage the oversight of all aspects of the project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closing, leading to final implementation.
- Establish and monitor project control activities across multiple projects.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as setting up project folders, schedules, process documentation, templates, and reporting.
- Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders to gather data, address inquiries, and support report writing.
- Track issues, ensure resolutions are documented and communicated.
- Coordinate dissemination of project-related publications via print and electronic media in collaboration with Marketing and Communications teams or external partners.
- Assist in maintaining and onboarding Health Leadership Council members, including renewals, contact list updates, and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain project management system and prepare reports.
- Schedule meetings, develop agendas, record minutes, and summarize action items.
- Understand project scope and objectives to assist in coordinating activities and tasks.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience in business, training, or project management; or 6 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience with project management software such as Wrike.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
