As a Healthcare Project Manager at Gainwell, you will use technology to enhance health and human services outcomes, working with a team dedicated to innovative healthcare solutions. Here are the details of this position.

Your role in our mission

• Support the development of purpose-built healthcare technology solutions.
• Lead small project teams within larger programs.
• Oversee team members, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality, timely work.
• Manage project schedules, scope, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks, report status, and update stakeholders.
• Manage client and team expectations, measure project metrics, and adjust as needed.
• Assist with scope of work (SOW) preparations and stakeholder approvals.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years managing complex projects or programs, preferably within healthcare transformation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies; PMP certification in progress preferred.
• Familiarity with IT SDLC in healthcare.
• Experience with budgeting, project management software, and translating objectives into milestones.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Multitasking ability across multiple projects.

What you should expect in this role

• Remote position, preferably for local candidates in New Jersey.
• Work hours aligned with Eastern Time Zone.
• Potential travel (0-10%).

The pay range is $55,600 - $79,400 annually, with variations based on region, experience, and skills.
