Job Summary

Adventist Health Roseville is looking for a Project Coordinator, Grants for a full‑time 8‑hour day shift. This role may be based in Roseville, CA or Glendale, CA. The position develops and manages grant programs, carries out project scope and objectives as defined in the project grant, maintains and monitors project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. The role requires good organization skills to complete work in a timely, accurate manner. This position is contractual and grant‑funded.

Job Requirements
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
  • Five years’ project coordination and related experience: Preferred
Essential Functions
  • Ensures project deadlines are met. Determines project changes. Collaborates with project manager to develop project strategies.
  • Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder meetings. Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Provides administrative support as needed. Undertakes project tasks as required, including training and support for any systems used.
  • Creates a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and deliverable.
  • Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
