Job summary

You will collaborate with stakeholders, prepare presentations, and provide administrative support, ensuring deadlines are met and actions are followed up.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Five years? project coordination and related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures project deadlines are met. Determines project changes. Collaborates with project manager to develop project strategies.
• Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder meetings. Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Provides administrative support as needed. Undertakes project tasks as required, including training and support for any systems used.
• Creates a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and deliverable.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
