Job summary

Rodgers Wade in Paris, Texas is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as the central hub between customers, sales, estimating, and production, ensuring the smooth execution of multiple projects from bid through delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in project coordination or related fields, strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or related field.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or retail environments a plus.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with customers, sales and estimating to ensure successful and profitable completion of multiple projects.
• Confers with estimators during bid process to provide input as required and become familiar with project.
• Participates in prototype and other design review as required.
• Identifies critical schedule milestones and creates a plan to achieve them.
• Creates proper customer expectations regarding quality and schedule. Revise these expectations as circumstances arise during the project.
