Job summary

Generator Supercenter of Sarasota is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support installation projects for Generac standby systems. The role emphasizes service orientation, problem-solving, and strong prioritization, with on-site work at our Naples office and training from the Fort Myers location.

Responsibilities include planning inspections, inputting schedules in field software, creating Visio site plans, submitting HOA docs, coordinating changes, and maintaining clear customer

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all inspections including communicating days/times with customers.
• Input scheduled inspections into field management software
• Attend inspections when needed.
• Create site plans in Visio to aid in the permitting and HOA process.
• Prepare and submit all HOA documentation to clients within two weeks of signed date.
• Communicate modified schedule to personnel, customer, and effected 3rd parties when changes arise.
• Call in locates at least three days prior to the installation date.
• Aid in customer communication including phone call and email updates.
