Job summary

HD Fowler Company in Bellevue, WA seeks a Project Coordinator to oversee multiple customer projects and act as a liaison between the Branch Manager, Project Managers, and customers. You will also support estimating work, bid takeoffs, and internal communications.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to manage several projects at once, and a background in underground utilities or related industries. Overtime may be required during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Proven track record of meeting project targets and timelines.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take offs and price quotes with documentation.
• Handle private, public, and light mechanical estimating projects.
• Communicate discrepancies in quotations and provide freight/lead-time notes.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and assist Inside Sales as needed.
• Support branch manager to develop staff and address branch weaknesses.
