Job summary

HD Fowler Company, Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage multiple customer projects and act as a liaison between the Branch Manager, Project Managers and customers. This full-time role reports to the Branch Manager and may include backup responsibilities for project management and outside sales tasks.

Responsibilities include take-offs, price quotes, estimating projects, and ensuring thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication with internal and external customers.
• Proven track record of meeting project targets and timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Take offs and price quotes with thorough documentation.
• Handle private, public, and light mechanical estimating projects.
• Communicate discrepancies on quotations and explain freight and lead times.
• Ensure timely processing of returns with explanations and credit mitigation.
• Attend pre-construction meetings regularly.
• Assist in developing Inside Sales staff and address branch issues with the Branch Manager.
