Job summary

HD Fowler Company is seeking a Project Coordinator at our Redmond, Oregon location to oversee multiple customer projects and liaise between the Branch Manager, Project Managers and customers.

The role includes take-offs, price quotes, and handling private/public estimating projects, with responsibilities for supporting branch customer service and potential backup for project management or outside sales staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication with internal and external customers.
• Proven track record of meeting project targets and timelines.
• Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining counter duties without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform take-offs and price quotes with organized documentation.
• Manage private, public, and light mechanical estimating projects.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and support branch leadership.
• Assist in developing Inside Sales staff and address branch weaknesses with Branch Manager.
