## Job Description# Project Coordinator - ENT* Bachelor's degree required.* Minimum of **2 years of experience** in project coordination, project management, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR operations, workforce planning, or a related field.* Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, risks, and dependencies.* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with Workday Recruiting, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred.* Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Experience creating reports, tracking project status, and maintaining project documentation.* Experience supporting enterprise, multi-site, regional, or global recruiting initiatives.* Experience partnering with RPO providers, recruiting vendors, HR Technology teams, or People Analytics teams.* Familiarity with Lean, Agile, PMP, A3 problem-solving, daily management systems, or related project management methodologies.* Experience with recruiting marketing, talent intelligence, workforce planning, market mapping, or candidate attraction strategies.* Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements without direct authority.* **Schedule:** Standard business hours* **Pay Rate:** $35.00 - $37.00/hour* **Education:** Bachelor's degree required* **Experience Level:** 2+ years of relevant experience* **Focus Areas:** Project coordination, recruiting operations, reporting & analytics, process improvement, stakeholder management
