Job summary

PR Construction, Inc. is seeking Project Coordinators and Project Engineers to support commercial construction projects through disciplined project controls and documentation. This role serves as a path to Project Engineer and PM roles, with levels I–V based on experience and capability.

Candidates will be evaluated and placed at the appropriate level, balancing knowledge, leadership, and readiness across project teams and sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction coordination or project support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency with standard office tools and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project documentation (RFIs, submittals, logs, meeting minutes).
• Support coordination between Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Assist with schedule tracking, procurement status, and milestone awareness.
• Support cost tracking, change management, and documentation backup.
• Participate in jobsite meetings, site walks, and coordination meetings.
