PR Construction, Inc. seeks Project Coordinators and Project Engineers to support commercial construction projects through disciplined project controls, documentation, coordination, and technical support.

This role offers a development path toward Project Engineer and Project Manager positions. Candidates are placed at levels I–V based on experience and readiness; Level I focuses on learning construction systems while providing task-based support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with schedule tracking, procurement status, and milestone awareness
• Support cost tracking, change management, and documentation backup
• Participate in jobsite meetings, site walks, and coordination meetings as required
• Maintain alignment between field conditions and project documentation

Role Overview

PR Construction is seeking Project Coordinators and Project Engineers at multiple experience levels to support commercial construction projects through disciplined project controls, documentation, coordination, and technical support. This role is a critical part of the project team and serves as a development path toward Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager roles.

Candidates will be evaluated and placed at the appropriate level (I–V) based on experience, demonstrated capability, and readiness.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation (RFIs, submittals, logs, meeting minutes)
• Support project coordination between Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants
• Assist with schedule tracking, procurement status, and milestone awareness
• Support cost tracking, change management, and documentation backup
• Participate in jobsite meetings, site walks, and coordination meetings as required
• Maintain alignment between field conditions and project documentation

Level Overview

Level I – Entry Project Coordinator
Provides task-based documentation and administrative support while learning construction systems, processes, and standards under supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience with commercial or tenant improvement projects
• Exposure to cost tracking, change management, and procurement processes
• Leadership or mentoring experience (senior levels)

Compensation Transparency (California)

Compensation is based on level, experience, and qualifications.
Level I: $55,000 – $65,000
Bonus eligibility may apply by level.
