Job summary

VaynerX is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to help manage projects from initiation to delivery. You’ll oversee timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination for client work across our brands. The role supports the PM lead and ensures timely, on-brand results for clients.

This hybrid role fits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across Creative, Account, Insights, Strategy, and Studio teams to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle and ability to anticipate risks and blockers.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own small projects, develop timelines with milestones and due dates.
• Coordinate tasks, priorities and deliverables with team stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Route projects through departments and approvals and support PM with budgets and resources.
• Lead project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews.
• Be client-facing to communicate timing and deliverables.
