Pape-Dawson seeks a Project Coordinator to provide comprehensive project support across multiple teams and senior leaders. You will maintain project plans, generate reports, and help with documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the AEC industry, and excellence in communication and organization. This is a full-time on-site position in Longview, TX.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar support role in the AEC industry preferred.
• Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information in an administrative capacity.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Teams.

Mansioni

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets as directed.
• Create, modify, and produce documents using MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Assist Project Managers with documentation for timely delivery.
• Develop and implement project controls, dashboards, and status metrics.
• Support project websites, information resources, and process automation tools.
• Handle confidential documents and coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel.
