Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Customer support experience.
• Ability to perform duties with limited supervision.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with SAP Ariba and/or Coupa is preferred.
• AS400 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer account number, parts numbers, and pricing to complete entry.
• Reconcile any purchase order differences with the customer.
• Enter order into Royston order system.
• Process credit card for prepayment orders.
• Coordinate return goods and assist with invoicing discrepancies.
