Job summary

Royston LLC in Jasper, GA is seeking an order entry professional to act as the primary contact for order placement and fulfillment knowledge. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented candidates will thrive in this role.

You will enter orders, reconcile differences, process prepayments, maintain project files, and collaborate with logistics and accounting to ensure accurate invoicing and on-time shipments. We offer a robust benefits package and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Logical thinking ability to troubleshoot order issues.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work in a team.
• Experience with SAP Ariba and/or Coupa is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer account numbers, parts numbers, and pricing to complete entry.
• Reconcile PO differences with the customer and enter orders into the Royston system.
• Process credit card payments for prepayment orders and communicate with customers.
• Create manufacturing process notices for priority shipments or actions.
• Maintain project folders and track progress in the project tracker.
• Coordinate with logistics and other departments to fulfill orders and update customers.
