Job summary

Royston LLC is seeking a detail-oriented order entry and customer support professional to be the pivot for fulfilled orders. You will identify prices, enter data into the Royston system, and work with multiple departments to keep shipments on schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel/Word skills, prior customer support experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment. Benefits are included with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Customer support experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to think logically and multi-task under minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with the capacity to collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba or Coupa is preferred but not required.
• Experience with AS400 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer account numbers, parts numbers, and pricing for entry.
• Reconcile PO differences with customers and enter orders in ERP.
• Process prepayment credit cards and generate required order docs.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill orders and maintain project trackers.
• Navigate customer portals for PO retrieval, approvals, and status updates.
• Monitor schedules, track shipments, and handle returns and RAs as needed.
• Provide invoicing support and resolve discrepancies with Accounting.
