Location: Near Winchester, MA (On-Site)
Salary: $60,000 - $68,000

Our client, a growing leader in the painting industry, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team near Winchester, MA. In this role, you’ll be the heart of the operation—keeping projects moving, crews scheduled, and communication flowing. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced Project Managers, learn the construction services process from the ground up, and play a critical role in delivering quality results to clients. This is a fast-paced administrative role requiring excellent organization and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative experience, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing tasks in a dynamic environment. Project Coordinator (Construction/Service Support) Responsibilities

• Issue daily work orders via DocuSign with clear scope, pricing, and materials
• Manage production schedules and coordinate subcontractor assignments
• Track labor daily and update labor tracker accurately
• Call crews daily to confirm arrival times and resolve job site issues
• Procure equipment, lifts, and staging and monitor their usage
• Manage small work order requests and oversee scheduling of crews
• Assist Project Managers with change orders and client communications
• Ensure accurate project documentation and maintain organized records
• Support Project Managers and operations team with day-to-day coordination
• Attend weekly operations meetings and update CRM with project status

Project Coordinator (Construction/Service Support) Qualifications

• 2+ years of office coordinating or administrative support experience required
• Construction or Services industry experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel required
