REMOTE POSITION
*BS Degree in Engineering is required (preferably mechanical). This role is ideal for a junior to mid-career professional.
The individual will possess knowledge and experience helping project managers build and manage scopes of work required in a United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair (RMMR) contract. The Project Engineer reports to the Deputy Program Manager and is responsible for the overall technical acceptability of all maintenance and repair performed under the contract. Responsibilities include developing or reviewing technical scopes of work, processing project packages within required timelines, coordinating with clients, contractors, site personnel, and project teams, supporting project schedules, and participating in project team meetings.
Must be able to work at a desk, talk, hear, reach, lift 25 pounds, and have suitable vision.
Office setting with field visits potentially requiring safety gear and exposure to outdoor conditions.
