Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate schedules, vendors, and documentation in construction projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer and team coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic ERP/PM software.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in material procurement and order tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of orders.
• Help manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages.
• Monitor subcontractor schedules and performance to meet scope.
• Communicate with general contractors, customers, and internal teams.
