Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Project Coordinator to bridge Sales, Operations, Production and Customers in the early project phases. You will gather project details, coordinate information, and support customer communication to ensure readiness for handoff to Operations.

This role may operate from Mount Airy or Winston Salem, NC locations, depending on business needs. You will maintain project records and collaborate across teams to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage project information for the sales team.
• Assist with quoting and showroom coverage as needed.
• Review quotes, drawings, and customer specs for accuracy.
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales reps, and team.
• Assist customers with product questions and project updates.
• Track project progress and identify missing information or delays.
• Ensure documentation and approvals are collected before handoff.
• Prepare projects for transition to Operations for execution.
• Maintain records in company systems and project tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support workflow and satisfaction.
