Job summary

American Concrete Products is seeking a Project Coordinator to support operations and provide customer service. The role focuses on producing estimates, price lists, and proposals while coordinating with sales and engineering to ensure timely submissions.

You will interpret construction documents, perform quantity takeoffs, and manage communications with customers regarding delivery dates, scope changes, and pricing.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret construction documents (plans/specs).
• Strong communication across phone, email, and web conferences.
• Experience with REVU Bluebeam; AutoCAD/REVIT a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of time to sites/plants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates, price lists, proposals, and solicit vendor quotes to bid projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from construction documents for estimates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customers, and Engineering to submit estimates on schedule.
• Communicate delivery dates, price changes, add-ons, and new scope with customers.
• Create accurate bill-of-materials for planned production.
