Rainbow Restoration of the Tri-Cities in Johnson City, TN seeks a Project Coordinator to turn plans into action. You will coordinate restoration and reconstruction projects from scope to completion, manage schedules, materials, subcontractors, customers and documentation, and keep sites moving forward with clear communication.

This full-time role requires hands-on project management, organization, and the ability to adapt to changing needs on job sites.

You'll work alongside our Project Managers, General Manager, office team, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.

THE ROLE

PROJECT COORDINATOR
$20/hour | Full-Time
The Project Coordinator turns plans into action.
You'll help coordinate restoration and reconstruction projects from scope to completion.
Schedules. Materials. Subcontractors. Customers. Documentation. Jobsites. Follow-up.
This is not simply a desk position.
We need someone who can think, communicate, organize, anticipate problems, and execute.
When you do this job well, Project Managers can lead effectively, crews know where they're going, materials arrive on time, subcontractors know what's expected, customers stay informed, and projects keep moving.
