Rainbow Restoration of the Tri-Cities in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage restoration projects from scope to completion. The role supports Project Managers, the office team, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to keep timelines and budgets on track.

You will coordinate schedules, materials, and on-site activities, ensuring clear communication and problem solving to move projects forward and restore peace of mind for clients.

THE ROLE

PROJECT COORDINATOR

$20/hour | Full-Time

The Project Coordinator turns plans into action.

You’ll help coordinate restoration and reconstruction projects from scope to completion.

Schedules. Materials. Subcontractors. Customers. Documentation. Jobsites. Follow-up.

This is not simply a desk position.

We need someone who can think, communicate, organize, anticipate problems, and execute.

When you do this job well, Project Managers can lead effectively, crews know where they're going, materials arrive on time, subcontractors know what's expected, customers stay informed, and projects keep moving.
