Servproofbathbrunswick is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration projects from initial contact through completion. You will manage field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in restoration or construction, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of operations experience is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Restoration, construction, mitigation, or cleaning industry experience preferred.
• Industry certifications (IICRC or similar) are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, estimating software, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Lead, coach, and develop Restoration Technicians and Crew Chiefs.
• Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety.
• Participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation.
• Continuously develop leadership, management, and restoration expertise.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee restoration projects from the initial customer contact through project completion. You'll manage field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, communicate with customers and insurance professionals, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Physical Requirements

This position combines office management with frequent field supervision.

Candidates should be able to:

• Lift up to 50 pounds independently (100 pounds with assistance)
• Walk, stand, climb ladders, and work on active job sites
• Work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
• Occasionally wear appropriate PPE, including respirators
• Drive to local project sites throughout the workday
