Rainbow Restoration of the Tri-Cities in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our full-time team. You will help coordinate restoration and reconstruction projects from scope to completion, managing schedules, materials, subcontractors, customers, documentation and jobsites to ensure progress.

You’ll work alongside our Project Managers, General Manager, office team, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.

Your mission:

PROJECT COORDINATOR

$20/hour | Full-Time

The Project Coordinator turns plans into action.

You’ll help coordinate restoration and reconstruction projects from scope to completion.

Schedules. Materials. Subcontractors. Customers. Documentation. Jobsites. Follow-up.

This is not simply a desk position.

We need someone who can think, communicate, organize, anticipate problems, and execute.

When you do this job well, Project Managers can lead effectively, crews know where they're going, materials arrive on time, subcontractors know what's expected, customers stay informed, and projects keep moving.
