Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of the Tri-Cities in Johnson City, TN seeks an experienced Project Superintendent – Restoration to lead field operations, run restoration projects from start to finish, and deliver organized, quality rebuilds.

You’ll manage crews, coordinate subs and vendors, walk properties with clients and adjusters, and support estimating with Xactimate. This role offers competitive pay, bonuses, and clear opportunities for career growth within a growing restoration company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restoration, insurance restoration, or related construction roles.
• Experience leading crews and coordinating subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of reconstruction, remodeling, mitigation, or restoration operations.
• Xactimate experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial restoration projects from planning through completion.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with crews, subs, vendors, materials, and schedules.
• Walk properties with homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance adjusters.
• Support estimating and documentation using Xactimate.
• Own budgets, timelines, and quality control.
• Communicate proactively with customers about next steps.
• Spot problems before delays and fix them.
• Deliver a standout customer experience while protecting the bottom line.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 3+ years in restoration, insurance restoration, construction management, project supervision, or residential/commercial construction
• Experience leading crews and coordinating subcontractors
• Solid grasp of reconstruction, remodeling, mitigation, or restoration operations
• Xactimate experience a big plus (not required for the right person)
• Strong communicator and natural leader
• Comfortable working with homeowners, insurance carriers, and commercial clients
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
