Job summary

Restoration Network Inc. in Maple Grove, Minnesota is seeking a Project Coordinator to keep restoration projects moving from assignment to invoicing.

This is a full-time, on-site role supporting Project Managers, field teams, insurance partners, and homeowners with clear communication and thorough documentation. You will manage timelines, track milestones, verify information, and ensure photos and documents are uploaded.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION

This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

This position is not remote or hybrid.

At Restoration Network, our Project Coordinators are at the center of the customer experience and the project workflow. You’ll work alongside our Project Managers, field teams, insurance partners, and homeowners to make sure communication is happening, documentation is complete, deadlines aren't slipping, and nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

This isn't a position where you wait for someone to tell you what to do next. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, asks questions, follows through, and genuinely enjoys bringing order to a fast-moving environment.

COMPENSATION

$50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience

We are willing to invest toward the upper end of the range for someone who brings relevant restoration, insurance/TPA, DASH, or strong project coordination experience.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

You'll help coordinate restoration projects from initial assignment through completion and final invoicing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making initial contact with homeowners and maintaining consistent communication throughout their project

• Coordinating with Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, insurance representatives, and other team members

• Tracking project progress and ensuring required milestones are being completed

• Maintaining accurate and timely project notes

• Ensuring required photos and documentation are uploaded throughout the project

• Tracking and obtaining required documents, including service contracts, authorizations, scopes, and signed completion documents

• Maintaining documentation according to insurance carrier and TPA requirements

• Monitoring jobs for missing information, stalled progress, or upcoming deadlines

• Participating in daily team communication and providing accurate project updates

• Assisting with scheduling, resources, project information, and customer needs

• Escalating problems or delays before they become larger issues

• Tracking invoicing milestones and helping ensure projects are ready for billing at the appropriate stages

• Assisting with customer payment collection and outstanding balances

• Preparing reports and project information for management

• Helping continuously improve our processes and systems

Qualifications:

Restoration, construction, insurance, TPA, or project coordination experience is strongly preferred

Experience with DASH and insurance/TPA programs is a major plus
