Overview

This position will initially be assigned to a project in Webster, NY. Upon completion of the project, the team member will return to and continue working from their assigned home office in either Dallas, TX or Jacksonville, FL, depending on the candidate's location.

The Construction & Manufacturing Team supports all of Haskell’s delivery groups across the U.S., providing field management personnel, logistical support, and ongoing training to develop team members from entry-level craft workers to experienced professionals.

In this role, you will monitor all quality activities on a project, ensuring compliance with the Quality Implementation Plan (QIP), participating in design reviews, conducting inspections, and promoting quality materials and practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Initiating QIP on every assigned project.
• During design phase: conducting design quality kick-offs, ensuring review sign-offs, identifying risks, and reviewing final documents.
• During construction: conducting quality kick-offs, evaluating testing laboratories, managing inspections, and monitoring corrective actions.
• During closeout: overseeing completion conferences, punch lists, lessons learned, and reporting.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of construction quality/inspection/testing experience.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and reports.
• Skills in leading meetings, evaluating progress, and guiding inspection teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively (over 50%).

Environmental and Physical Requirements: Ability to visit project sites, stand, walk, lift 10-50 pounds, and operate equipment with good hand-eye coordination. Frequent sitting, reaching, talking, and hearing are required.
