Responsibilities

• Coordinate project submittals, RFIs, work orders and related documents.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Maintain warranty documents, owner manuals and close-out packages.
• Provide admin support to PMs and field staff.
• Use CAD to create and interpret construction documents.
• Develop and manage project schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and clients for progress.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed for timely completion.
• Maintain detailed project documentation for auditing.

Responsibilities
