Addison Group is seeking a Project Coordinator for our client in Owatonna, MN. The role focuses on coordinating schedules, communications, and site readiness across cross-functional teams to ensure project execution aligns with contracts and delivery timelines.

The successful candidate will have an Associate degree or 2 years of project management experience, and will engage with design, engineering, and field teams to maintain project integrity and on-time completion.

Formación

• Associate degree and/or 2 years of experience in Project Management.

Responsabilidades

• Serving as a single point of contact to customers after a project becomes an order
• Developing, tracking, and updating multiple project schedules in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinating field measurements, finish details, and site readiness documentation, integrating with Wenger’s manufacturing schedule
• Communicating all project changes and resolution with appropriate Wenger Corporation team members
• Interacting in a professional manner with all designers, engineers, production personnel, contractors, or customers involved with the same or related projects in cross functional team environment
• Coordination with the internal project team (engineering, manufacturing and installation) for the planning and execution of the projects
• Coordinating submittals of documents including drawing coordination, product sample submittal and others as required
• Site readiness coordination with contractor and other trades
• Developing, tracking, updating and reporting on the contract schedule of values
• Executing activities in order to achieve scope of bid and contract documents.
