Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Servingas a single point of contact to customers after a project becomes an order
• Developing, tracking, and updatingmultiple project schedules in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinatingfield measurements, finish details, and site readiness documentation, integrating with Wenger’s manufacturing schedule
• Communicatingall project changes and resolution with appropriate Wenger Corporation team members
• Interacting in a professional manner with all designers, engineers, production personnel, contractors, or customers involved with the same or related projects in cross functional team environment
• Coordination with the internal project team (engineering, manufacturing and installation) for the planning and execution of the projects
• Coordinating submittals of documents including drawing coordination, product sample submittal and others as required
• Site readiness coordination with contractor and other trades
• Developing, tracking, updating and reporting on the contract schedule of values
• Executing activities in order to achieve scope of bid and contract documents.

Requirements:

• Associate degree and/or 2 years of experience in Project Management
