Job summary

The Addison Group is seeking an IT Coordinator in Oklahoma City for a contract, long-term engagement. You will work with IT management and Enterprise Analysts on cross-functional initiatives, organizing schedules, tracking tasks, coordinating meetings, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in IT, project coordination experience, and strong communication skills. Workflow includes supporting Enterprise Analysts and Product Owners, troubleshooting basic issues, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience coordinating projects and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team efforts to deliver initiatives per requirements.
• Monitor tasks and provide clear status updates.
• Maintain communication with cross-functional IT teams and management.
• Identify and remove blockers with Analysts/Owners.
• Develop progress reports, requirements docs, and presentations.
• Organize meetings, track actions, ensure deadlines.
• Support IT management with process improvement and other duties.
