Job summary

SERVPRO of the Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana Tri-State Area is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as the customer liaison, identify project requirements, and organize tasks to support teammates. In this role you will work with Project Managers to ensure thorough documentation, monitor status, create preliminary estimates, review site paperwork, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented
• Knowledgeable in relevant computer applications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
• Daily project oversight to monitor status, audit, and work-in-progress
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
• Review and validate job site documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
